At KAMI Workforce, we believe that great customer support is at the heart of everything we do. As a Junior Customer Success Support, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive the help they need to make the most of our innovative HR solutions.

Your day-to-day will involve communicating with our clients, addressing their queries, and assisting them in navigating our platform. You'll be their go-to person, providing guidance and solutions in a friendly and supportive manner.

A Glimpse of What You’ll Do:

  • Assist clients by answering their questions and providing helpful solutions.
  • Guide customers through onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition to our services.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to track customer feedback and share insights for continuous improvement.
  • Support troubleshooting efforts to resolve customer inquiries quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain documentation of customer interactions and issues to help improve our processes.

💼 What We’re Looking For:

  • A friendly and positive attitude with a genuine desire to help customers succeed.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written—being able to convey information clearly is key!
  • Basic understanding of customer service principles (previous experience is a plus but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks with a smile.
  • A knack for problem-solving and a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Solid basic math skills, as you will often be dealing with payroll issues
  • A willingness to ask questions and seek assistance when needed—teamwork makes the dream work!

  • Base pay - PHP 30,000 - PHP 40,000 depending on experience
  • Performance Bonus - expect to earn an additional PHP 10,000 - 15,000+ every month for performance!
