Responsibilities

• Provide customer support in Italian through email, phone, and chat
• Assist content creators with inquiries about platform features and services
• Accurately document client interactions and resolutions in our support system
• Collaborate with internal teams to address client needs and improve service delivery
• Offer guidance on best practices for content creation and audience engagement
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on platform improvements

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Prior experience in customer support, particularly in the online or creative sectors
