Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer service to Nordic-speaking clients regarding a wide range of electronic products.
• Assist with inquiries, technical support, and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay informed about the latest product developments, promotions, and trends to offer informed assistance.
• Foster positive relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

• Fluency in at least one Nordic language and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably within the electronics or technology sectors.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge or interest in electronics products is preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
