Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking customers regarding a variety of electronic products.
• Assist with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution, ensuring prompt and effective solutions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and ensure resolution.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and market trends to provide informed assistance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Italian and English; proficiency in other languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with electronics products and services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing time efficiently across multiple inquiries.
