Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking subscribers through various communication channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding account management, subscription options, and technical issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to ensure proper follow-up and record-keeping.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay informed about new content releases, features, and company policies to assist customers effectively.
• Foster strong customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in the entertainment or online streaming sector.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and patient demeanor.
• Proficiency in using CRM systems and familiar with basic computer applications.
• Detail-oriented and capable of handling multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
