Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding telecommunications services, billing, account management, and technical issues.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical support and other teams to resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently.
• Stay informed about service offerings, promotions, and updates to ensure knowledgeable customer support.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and repeat business.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Technical aptitude or familiarity with telecommunications products and services is advantageous.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
