Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding automotive products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and product information to help them make informed decisions.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and resolution.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer issues and ensure timely solutions.
• Stay informed about new product releases, promotions, and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to promote satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
• Experience in customer service, ideally within the automotive or related industries.
• Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.
• Technical knowledge or interest in automotive products is preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
