Patrique Mercier Recruitment is searching for a dedicated Italian Speaking Electronics Support Specialist to join our remote team in Greece. This exciting role will have you providing top-tier support to our Italian-speaking customers, helping them navigate inquiries related to electronic products and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. Responsibilities

• Assist Italian-speaking customers with technical inquiries and issues through phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot electronic device problems, providing clear and actionable solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
• Educate customers on product features, appropriate usage, and troubleshooting techniques to enhance their experience.
• Work closely with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues efficiently.
• Stay updated on product developments and industry trends to offer the best support possible.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in electronics support, technical support, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing customer issues.
• Excellent communication abilities, able to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting processes and experience using CRM software.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while managing multiple tasks effectively.
