In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our Slovak-speaking customers, helping them navigate their online shopping experience in the fashion industry. Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Slovak-speaking clients through various communication channels including email, phone, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, returns, exchanges, and detailed product information.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Document all interactions with customers accurately in our support systems.
• Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and enhance overall client satisfaction.
• Stay informed about product offerings, promotions, and industry developments to assist customers effectively.

• Fluency in Slovak and English; knowledge of additional languages is a distinct advantage.
• Previous experience in customer service, especially within the e-commerce or fashion sectors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a professional approach to resolving inquiries.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.
