Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to German-speaking customers concerning various electronic products.
• Assist with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Accurately document customer interactions in the CRM system for efficient tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex customer concerns and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance their overall experience.

• Fluency in German and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Technical knowledge or interest in electronics is advantageous.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively in a remote environment.
