• Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Italian and English; knowledge of additional languages is beneficial.
• Experience in customer service roles, particularly in a remote environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a dedication to exceptional customer service.
