Patrique Mercier Recruitment is excited to offer an opportunity for an Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our remote team, based in Greece. In this role, you will be the primary contact for our Italian-speaking customers, providing them with exceptional support and assistance. Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer support to Italian-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Deliver clear and accurate information about our products and services to help customers.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to identify trends in customer feedback and suggest improvements.
• Engage in continuous training to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer care.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer issues.
• Experience with CRM systems and office applications.
• Motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
