Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service to French-speaking clients through various channels, including email, chat, and phone.
• Assist customers with inquiries, account issues, and technical troubleshooting to ensure a seamless streaming experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for follow-up and reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex customer issues efficiently.
• Stay up-to-date on new content, features, and company policies to provide informed support to customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in French and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally in the entertainment or online streaming sector.
• Strong communication skills with a keen focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical competence with troubleshooting streaming-related issues.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing time effectively.
