Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding a variety of electronics products.
• Assist customers with inquiries, technical support, and problem resolution, ensuring prompt assistance.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Collaborate with technical teams to address complex customer issues and ensure timely resolutions.
• Stay informed about product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to offer comprehensive assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to enhance loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Spanish and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior experience in customer service, particularly in the electronics sector is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Technical knowledge or interest in electronics products and services is advantageous.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Self-motivated and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
