Responsibilities

• Deliver top-quality customer support to Portuguese-speaking clients concerning a diverse range of electronic products.
• Assist with customer inquiries, provide technical support, and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system for effective tracking and follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer concerns.
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to offer informed assistance.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster loyalty and satisfaction.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Technical knowledge or interest in electronics products is preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
