Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to French-speaking content creators through various channels including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with platform inquiries, account management, and content-related questions.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive user experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay updated on trends in content creation and platform features to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in French and English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
• Experience in customer support, preferably in the digital or creative industries.
