• Assist customers with inquiries about bookings, service schedules, and company policies.
• Effectively handle complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding inquiries.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance the customer experience.
• Stay informed about transportation services, safety regulations, and promotional offers to provide accurate information to clients.
• Collect customer feedback to support continuous improvement of services.

• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the transportation or logistics sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on enhancing customer experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and standard office software.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
