Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service to Italian-speaking clients through multiple channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, order status, technical problems, and warranty information.
• Provide expert guidance on product features, functionalities, and troubleshooting to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Manage customer complaints effectively and work towards quick resolution to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with technical support and sales teams to address complex issues and improve customer service offerings.
• Stay informed about the latest product developments and company services to offer knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the electronics or technology sector.
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, customer-oriented attitude.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• A genuine interest in electronics and technology, with a desire to share that passion with customers.
