This remote role is perfect for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and enjoy providing exceptional support to customers.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service to Italian-speaking clients through multiple communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to orders, shipping, product information, and return processes.
• Address customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the logistics and sales teams to address and resolve specific customer needs.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate guidance.
• Gather customer feedback to report on trends and contribute to service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce or retail sector.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently.
• A passion for online shopping and helping customers find the best solutions.
