In this essential role, you will be the voice of our organization for our Italian-speaking clients, providing them with top-notch support and service. Your proficiency in Italian will help us enhance client relationships and ensure their satisfaction.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for engaging with clients through various channels, efficiently addressing their inquiries while demonstrating a high level of professionalism. Your contribution will be pivotal in fostering positive customer experiences and promoting loyalty to our brand.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries in Italian through telephone, email, and chat
• Resolve issues and provide information regarding our products and services
• Maintain clear and detailed records of client interactions in our CRM system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of client concerns
• Educate clients on product features and services to maximize their experience
• Solicit and compile customer feedback to continuously improve our services
• Engage in ongoing training to stay updated on service offerings

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferred
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage inquiries in a dynamic environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric attitude with a commitment to quality service
• Experience with customer service platforms is a plus
