German Speaking Technical Support Consultant - No Experience Needed

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and provide outstanding support to our German-speaking clients. In this role, you will assist clients with technical inquiries related to our products and services, ensuring they have a seamless experience.

As a Technical Support Consultant, you will benefit from our comprehensive training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed in this position. You will engage with clients through various channels, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions, contributing to client satisfaction and loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to German-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues, offering step-by-step solutions
• Document all client interactions and technical issues in our support system
• Guide clients on best practices for utilizing our products effectively
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues as necessary
• Participate in training sessions to improve your technical knowledge and customer service skills
• Gather client feedback to identify opportunities for improving support services

• Fluency in German and English, both written and verbal
• A willingness to learn and develop technical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with a focus on problem-solving and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
• Previous experience in customer service or IT support is a plus but not mandatory
