The Customer Success Manager role is part of the LinkedIn Talent Solutions organisation. This is an important role in our Emerging Markets team, focusing on local relationships with our Central Eastern European clients.
Your primary objective is to be a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, working with multiple stakeholders internally and externally to drive strategy around the optimisation of our products, leveraging our data, providing thought-leadership industry advice; and helping our solutions become a mission critical, irreplaceable part of our client’ sourcing process.
