Your responsibilities will include answering inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding customers through our product offerings. Responsibilities

• Promptly respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Portuguese.
• Assist customers in understanding air conditioning products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions to customers.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system for future reference.
• Resolve customer complaints with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to ensure customer needs are met.
• Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service is preferred, particularly in a technical or product-focused role.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact well with customers.
• Good problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical knowledge of air conditioning products is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
