Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to airline passengers in Dutch.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related issues.
• Efficiently handle and resolve customer complaints and concerns.
• Communicate flight schedules, policies, and important updates clearly to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about airline operations and industry trends to provide knowledgeable assistance.

• Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the airline or travel industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote working environment.
• Familiarity with airline booking systems and customer service software is advantageous.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
