Portuguese Speaking Customer Care Specialist - Athens

This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about helping customers and who are fluent in Portuguese. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer service by addressing inquiries and providing support to our Portuguese-speaking clientele.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Portuguese via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with product questions, account issues, and technical support.
• Maintain a positive attitude and professionalism during all customer interactions.
• Accurately document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex customer issues.
• Identify and report trends in customer feedback to enhance service delivery.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.

• Fluency in Portuguese (both written and spoken) and proficiency in English.
• Previous experience in customer service or support roles is highly valued.
• Strong communication skills with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to accurately document information.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support tools is a plus.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if required.
