Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary customer support to Greek-speaking clients across various service channels.
• Address customer inquiries regarding products, services, and policies promptly and accurately.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service enhancements.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver consistent and effective support.
• Stay informed about product updates and customer support best practices.
• Promote a customer-focused culture to enhance overall satisfaction and loyalty.

• Fluency in Greek and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service roles, either in person or remote.
• Strong communication skills with a commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
• Problem-solving skills and an ability to handle challenging situations effectively.
• Familiarity with customer support software and approaches is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and a capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
