Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist

Mercier Consultancy is seeking an Italian Speaking Customer Care Specialist to join our dedicated team! In this important role, you will be the voice of our clients, ensuring that their needs are met and their questions are answered with professionalism and care. Your proficiency in Italian will enable you to engage effectively with our Italian-speaking clients, fostering strong relationships and enhancing their overall experience.

As a Customer Care Specialist, you will handle a variety of inquiries, provide support regarding our services, and resolve any issues clients may encounter. Your commitment to excellent service will play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and loyalty, making you an integral part of our consultancy team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in Italian via phone, email, and chat
• Assist clients with product-related questions and service issues
• Document customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve complex issues
• Gather client feedback to identify trends and improve services
• Support customer onboarding and training on our products as needed
• Continuously strive to enhance the customer experience and satisfaction

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and verbal
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in a customer support or service role is preferred
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• A positive, proactive approach to customer service
• Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is a plus
