Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat regarding telecommunications products and services.
• Assist customers with inquiries about plans, billing, technical support, and troubleshooting issues.
• Process orders, manage subscriptions, and handle service-related requests efficiently.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues with professionalism and attention to detail.
• Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience and share feedback for process improvements.
• Keep updated on the latest product offerings and promotional campaigns to provide informed assistance.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in telecommunications or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong customer-centric approach.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide effective solutions.
• Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
