This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about e-commerce and committed to delivering excellent customer support to Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding products and orders.
• Assist customers with account management, including order tracking, returns, and exchanges.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and suggestions effectively, aiming for resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and technical support, to enhance overall customer experience.
• Stay informed about company products, promotions, and policies to provide accurate assistance.
• Contribute to service improvement initiatives by gathering customer feedback and reporting trends.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the e-commerce sector.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions.
• Proficient in using customer service applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented and organized with strong problem-solving skills.
• A passion for online retail and providing a positive shopping experience for customers.
