Spanish Speaking Customer Service For Anti-Financial Crime Unit

Patrique Mercier Recruitment FR is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative to join an Anti-Financial Crime Unit. This role is crucial in supporting clients and stakeholders in understanding and addressing inquiries related to financial crime prevention and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to Spanish-speaking clients regarding anti-financial crime inquiries through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers in understanding anti-financial crime regulations and company policies.
• Respond to inquiries related to suspicious transactions, compliance reporting, and investigation processes.
• Document customer interactions accurately in the system for regulatory and compliance purposes.
• Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to ensure accurate information and effective resolution of customer issues.
• Stay updated on financial crime trends, regulations, and best practices to provide informed support.
• Contribute to enhancing the customer experience by sharing insights and feedback with management.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for backgrounds in financial services or compliance.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex information clearly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in customer service software and Microsoft Office applications.
• A proactive approach to customer service and a keen interest in financial compliance issues.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
