We are currently recruiting an Italian Speaking Customer Support Representative for Transportation Services. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about customer service and the transportation sector, and who are eager to assist Italian-speaking clients with their transportation needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Italian-speaking clients regarding transportation services via phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries related to bookings, schedules, service details, and policies.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints effectively to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to meet customer needs efficiently.
• Inform customers about available services, transport regulations, and safety protocols.
• Collect customer feedback to assist in service enhancement and operational efficiency.

• Fluency in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the transportation or travel sectors.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills focused on customer satisfaction.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
