We are currently seeking a Spanish Speaking e-Cigarette Customer Support Representative to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and the vaping industry, looking to provide support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding e-cigarette products and services.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients regarding e-cigarette products through phone, email, and chat inquiries.
• Assist customers with product information, order management, and troubleshooting.
• Effectively resolve customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide timely follow-ups.
• Educate customers on product usage, safety guidelines, and best practices.
• Collaborate with internal teams to address inquiries and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Gather customer feedback to contribute to product and service improvement initiatives.

• Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer support or service, particularly within the retail or e-cigarette industry is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
• Proficient in using CRM software and standard office applications.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to work under pressure.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
