The Contact Center Assistant Manager acts as a point of contact to the client in representing DATAMARK in all day-to-day operations. The Contact Center Assistant Manager assists with performance evaluations that are timely and constructive. The Contact Center Assistant Manager will develop Contact Center Supervisors and Lead Operators for promotional opportunities. Identifies all Service Level Agreements and other contractual requirements of their projects. The Contact Center Assistant Manager monitors departmental performance, identifying and facilitating opportunities to increase productivity and efficiency.
