Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding technical assistance to Dutch-speaking clients through various communication channels (phone, email, and chat).
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to ensure high client satisfaction.
• Educate clients on utilizing digital platforms and services effectively.
• Keep accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to develop effective support solutions.
• Stay updated on product features and technological advancements to provide accurate support.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to refine your technical skills.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in technical support or customer service is preferred.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts.
• Familiarity with digital platforms and common troubleshooting techniques.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
