Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the technical team to address complex queries and gather feedback for ongoing improvement.
• Maintain comprehensive records of interactions and solutions in the support ticketing system.
• Stay informed about product updates and relevant industry knowledge to effectively assist customers.
• Engage in continuous learning and contribute to the development of the support resources.

• Fluent in Italian, both written and spoken, with strong communication skills.
• Experience in a technical support or customer service role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively in a remote environment.
• Familiarity with technical troubleshooting methodologies and terminology.
• Proficiency with help desk tools and customer service platforms.
• A proactive attitude and a strong willingness to assist clients.
