Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in Portuguese to users of the online streaming service.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, ensuring each interaction is professional and friendly.
• Resolve issues related to account management, billing, and technical support efficiently and accurately.
• Educate customers about the features and benefits of the streaming service to enhance their user experience.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the streaming platform to provide effective assistance and recommendations.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to improve service delivery and product offerings.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and effective issue resolution.

• Fluency in Portuguese and strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in the tech or entertainment industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on empathy and understanding.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for troubleshooting common issues efficiently.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with online streaming services and their functionalities is a plus.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
