Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support in Italian via phone, email, and chat for transportation services.
  • Assist customers with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and service information.
  • Resolve issues and complaints effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about transportation policies and services to give accurate information to clients.
  • Document all customer interactions and feedback to improve service quality.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer service operations.
  • Help create and update support documentation to assist clients in navigating services.
  • Fluency in Italian (written and spoken) is required; knowledge of English is an advantage.
  • Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on client care and satisfaction.
  • Ability to handle multiple inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with the transportation industry is a plus.
