• Stay informed about smoke-free initiatives and the latest trends in public health advocacy.

• Fluency in Portuguese (written and spoken) is required; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
• Commitment to promoting health and wellness and knowledge of smoke-free products is an asset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work well both independently and in a team setting.
