Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality customer support via phone, email, and chat to Spanish-speaking customers regarding e-cigarette products.
  • Assist customers with inquiries, product information, and troubleshooting issues related to e-cigarettes and accessories.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback in our CRM system to enhance service quality and support.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and knowledge sharing regarding product updates.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
  • Report recurring issues or user feedback to management to help improve customer experience and product offerings.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and spoken, is essential for customer interactions.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the consumer services or e-cigarette industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer interactions professionally.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and other customer support tools to track customer interactions.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote setting.
  • Flexibility to work in varying shifts to accommodate customer needs, including weekends and holidays.
