• Proven experience in recruitment or as a talent acquisition specialist.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently in a remote environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with online recruiting platforms and tools.
• C1/C2 Level English
