As a Customer Care Support Expert, you will interact with Dutch-speaking customers, addressing their inquiries and assisting them with their online shopping experiences, ensuring they receive the best possible support.


Responsibilities

  • Deliver top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through email, chat, and social media platforms.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, returns, and payment-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot issues swiftly and effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
  • Document customer interactions accurately in the CRM system to track performance metrics.
  • Work closely with the logistics and sales teams to resolve complex queries and improve service quality.
  • Educate customers on product details, promotions, and the e-commerce platform to enhance their shopping experience.
  • Continuously gather feedback from customers to identify opportunities for service improvement.
  • Fluency in Dutch (both written and spoken) along with proficient English communication skills.
  • Prior experience in customer service, e-commerce, or related fields is beneficial.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple customer inquiries simultaneously.
