Responsibilities

• Provide top-notch customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries related to the suite of applications, including troubleshooting and feature explanations.
• Efficiently resolve customer complaints and provide constructive solutions.
• Educate customers about app functionalities and best practices.
• Document customer interactions and feedback to aid in service improvement.
• Collaborate with the development team to enhance user experience based on customer input.

• Fluency in Czech (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Previous experience in customer service or technical support roles is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Interest in technology and mobile applications is a significant advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with customer support software and tools is a plus.
