• Fluency in Norwegian (both spoken and written) is required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior experience in customer service or support roles, especially in financial services, is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities with a commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Interest in the financial industry is advantageous.
• Familiarity with customer service software is a plus.
