German Customer Care in Greece - Athens or Remote In Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is pleased to announce an open position for a German Customer Care Specialist, with the option to work in Athens or remotely within Greece. We are seeking dynamic individuals who are fluent in German and are committed to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will assist our German-speaking clients by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a satisfactory resolution to their concerns.

Responsibilities

• Offer outstanding customer support to German-speaking clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Resolve customer issues promptly and provide detailed information about our products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer interaction records in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to elevate service quality and implement improvements based on client feedback.
• Stay knowledgeable about our offerings to ensure accurate assistance and support to customers.
• Engage in training sessions to continuously enhance customer service skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in German and English is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.
• Experience in customer service or a similar position is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze customer needs and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and common office software.
• Self-motivated, with the capability to work independently or as part of a team.
