We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who thrive on assisting customers and are fluent in Italian. Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to Italian-speaking clients through phone, email, and chat support.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience.
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions using our CRM system.
• Work collaboratively with team members to improve service offerings and address customer feedback.
• Stay updated on company products and services to provide informed assistance.
• Participate in training and development activities to enhance service delivery skills.

• Fluency in Italian and English is mandatory; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service or a related role is advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
• Problem-solving skills to address and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Proficiency in CRM software and general office applications.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a flexible environment.
