Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support through live chat, email, and phone communications.
  • Address customer inquiries related to gaming rules, promotions, account management, and other topics in a timely and professional manner.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues our customers encounter while enjoying our games.
  • Educate customers about our gaming products and services to enhance their experience.
  • Assist with customer account creation, verification, and processing financial transactions such as deposits and withdrawals.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and feedback to contribute to service improvements.
  • Work collaboratively with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience across all platforms.
  • Fluency in French, both written and spoken, is essential; proficiency in English is advantageous.
  • Previous experience in customer support, preferably in the iGaming or related industry.
  • Excellent communication skills with a positive and friendly disposition.
  • Able to manage a fast-paced and challenging work environment while maintaining professionalism.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively address customer concerns.
  • Familiarity with online gaming platforms and a genuine interest in the iGaming sector.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet customer needs.
