Dutch Customer Care in Greece - Athens or Remote In Greece

Patrique Mercier Recruitment is delighted to offer the position of Dutch Customer Care Specialist, with opportunities to work in Athens or remotely across Greece. We are looking for passionate individuals who are fluent in Dutch and have a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our Dutch-speaking clients, ensuring they receive timely and effective support.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients through various channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Address and resolve customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up where necessary using our CRM system.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service quality and adapt responses based on customer feedback.
• Stay current on our products and services to offer accurate information and solutions.
• Participate in training programs to continuously improve customer service skills and product knowledge.

• Fluency in Dutch and English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service or a related field is preferable.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
• Ability to analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and standard office software.
• Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
