French Speaking IT Support Specialist - Athens

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality technical support to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service delivery.
• Document all support interactions and solutions accurately in the ticketing system.
• Assist clients with software installations, configurations, and updates.
• Collaborate with team members to escalate and resolve complex technical challenges.
• Provide training and guidance to clients on product features and best practices.

• Fluency in French and strong command of English is required.
• Previous experience in IT support or a related technical role is preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and customer service capabilities.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting as well as collaboratively within a team.
• Familiarity with operating systems, software applications, and remote support tools.
• Experience in technology or relevant sectors is a plus.
