Responsibilities

• Deliver top-notch customer service to Dutch-speaking customers regarding various electronic products.
• Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshoot technical issues, and provide effective solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions in the CRM system for accurate follow-up.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions for customer concerns.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to provide informed assistance.
• Nurture positive relationships with customers to promote loyalty and enhance their experience.

• Fluency in Dutch and English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, ideally within the electronics sector.
• Strong communication skills combined with a problem-solving attitude.
• Technical knowledge or interest in electronics is preferred.
• Proficient in using CRM systems and basic computer applications.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing multiple tasks.
