We are currently looking for a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative for Online Content Creators. Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer support to Dutch-speaking online content creators through phone, email, and chat.
• Assist clients with inquiries about platform usage, account settings, and payment issues.
• Resolve customer complaints and technical issues efficiently to ensure a positive experience.
• Document customer interactions accurately, tracking and escalating issues as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to keep clients informed of updates, features, and best practices.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and platform developments to provide knowledgeable assistance.
• Gather feedback from users to support product improvements and service delivery.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
• Experience in customer service, particularly within online platforms or digital services.
• Excellent communication skills with a strong focus on client relations.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficient in using customer support software and standard office applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to handle various customer inquiries.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
